Ecosan is aware of the responsibility we all have in protecting our environment.
No one in today’s world can allow themselves to be environmentally careless. The impact that sanitary waste plays on the environment is a responsibility that Ecosan Services take very seriously.
We incinerate all sanitary waste at waste to energy sites rather than using landfill sites.
We use local supplers wherever possible.
We transfer all waste directly to the point of disposal, thereby reducing handling of the waste and the associated risks involved.
We use an environmentally friendly bio-degradable enzyme in our sanitary units. This is far safer and more dynamic than the standard chemicals used by some others in the industry.
All our airfresh contain no CFC’s and the fragrances are based on natural plant and herb extracts.
We also use a non-aerosol airfresh system
Ecosan Services promotes the use of water management systems to reduce the amount of water wastage.
All our sanitizers are based on friendly enzymes and good bacteria, therefore are harmless to marine life and cause no damage.
We clean our sanitary units with a non hazardous integral disinfectant wipes made from recycled paper.
We recycle all packaging materials and wash all our vehicles with recycled water.
Batteries, plastics and airfresh cans are also recycled.
We use recycled envelopes, paper and other stationary products wherever possible.
We recycle water on our laundry services.
